Clermont-Ferrand
We received fantastic news this week, A BIKE RIDE has been accepted for International competition at the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival in France from Jan 29th - Feb 6th 2010. What is most exciting for us is how many new people will have a chance to see the film as it will be screened seven times and the attendance for the festival in 2009 was over 130,000! Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival was started in 1981 with the words 'Sauve qui peut le court métrage (roughly translated as "Short Film S.O.S.") as the guiding principle and passion.Presently we are busy having French subtitles added to the 35mm print and struggling to contain our excitement. When we receive screening details or additional news we will post the information here. Of course we promise we will take more pictures at this festival than we have in the past and they will be posted here.
